Sometimes when you call the Surgery you might be directed to or offered appointments with other Healthcare providers, Like a physiotherapist, someone at the First Aid unit or a social Prescriber.
In these instances we need to use a system called GP Connect. This system enables us to book you an appointment and requires us to share certain details with the 3rd party organisation so they can effectively and efficiently treat you.
As a patient it is important that you understand how we use (and in this instance) share your data.
