To my Patients at Chipping Norton Health Centre, 

I have decided to retire from General Practice and so am leaving Chipping Norton Health Centre.

I feel very fortunate to have worked at both West Street Surgery and then CNHC. I have had wonderful colleagues to work with and also feel very privileged to have had wonderful patients to look after, some of whom have become friends over the years. I shall miss you all very much. However, I know that you will continue to be looked after by the excellent team at the Health Centre.

Dr Gaydon’s last working day is Thursday 17th November. We wish her the very best of luck and happiness in her retirement.

Her patients will be cared for by locum GPs until Dr Alice Gerrard joins the team the week commencing Monday 5th December to take over Dr Gaydon’s patient list.
